🔹Don't tell yourself that you have to go to sleep or you
won't function the next day

⁠🔹 Cut down on caffeine and exercise regularly

🔹 Don't lie in bed for longer than 30 minutes tossing

Intrusive thoughts are common. They can include harming others. People who can't get rid of intrusive thoughts become distressed by them. ⁠
