Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, I offer face to face and online consultations. No two people are the same, so why should treatment be a โ€˜one size fits allโ€™? In Ayurveda we treat the individual, not the disease. During your consultation you will be fully assessed to determine your unique body type (constitution or โ€˜Doshaโ€™) and pinpoint the root cause of your health issues. You will be given a treatment plan that is tailored solely to you, including a nutrition plan, lifestyle advice and typically some herbs and home remedies to correct your imbalance and bring you back to a balanced healthy self! Ayurveda is an ancient healing system over 5'000 years old. Whether you suffer from skin conditions, fertility issues, digestive problems, autoimmune disorders, weight gain, stress and anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure or any other mental or physical issues, Ayurveda can help. Restore your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and heal yourself the natural way! I incorporate not just Ayurveda, but other holistic approaches and alternative therapies tailored to your individual needs.
