Ross is an experienced and versatile sports practitioner with a strong passion for delivering athlete-focused rehabilitation 🏋🏽‍♀️

He has worked across a wide range of sports at both professional and amateur levels, gaining valuable international experience in Hong Kong and Kenya 🌍🇭🇰🇰🇪

As a former international athlete, Ross brings first-hand insight into the demands of high-performance sport and understands the importance of a multifaceted approach to rehabilitation and return to performance 🏃🏽‍♀️

Reflecting on what was a very busy, but incredibly successful November 🫁🩺👩🏽‍⚕️🚑

🧘🏽‍♀️ A fully booked clinic. Huge thank you to all of my clients who continue to support and trust LMC as their recovery clinic.

👩🏽‍💻 Continued working through the final stages of my dissertation, focusing on phantom limb pain.

🤕 Gained valuable pitchside experience and learned from some brilliant physiotherapists, supporting my ongoing development.

☕️ Plenty of coffee stops along the way… because balance 💅🏽

🥊 ticked a live boxing event off the bucket list

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 attended the England v New Zealand rugby game at Twickenham and got to watch the Haka live 🇳🇿

💕 Made time for family and friends, weekend markets, Sunday lunches, and all the little moments that make it special.

🎄✨ Christmas Break Announcement ✨🎄

LMC will be closed from 20th December – 4th January as I take a short break to travel over Christmas after a busy period in clinic and finishing my Physiotherapy Master’s Degree 🎓🌍🛩️

It’s been such a full-on year and I’m really looking forward to a little festive recharge! ⛄️🎅🏽

Although there are currently no set appointment times showing on the booking system, I’m still taking bookings right up until the 20th December and working most days until then, so please just message if you’d like to squeeze in before the holidays 📆

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year! 🎄✨

I can’t wait to come back in January ready for a fresh start and some exciting things happening with LMC in 2026 👀💫
