'Welcome to Autumn' is the theme of this coming Thursday's group guided meditation at the lovely Fairways Centre, where we will let go of all that no longer serves us to welcome in the abundance of Autumn.
I have space in this session, so if you are interested in coming along, please get in touch. No experience is needed.

Come along to this Thursday's group guided meditation at the lovely Fairways Centre! The theme is 'End of Summer' and will focus on letting go of the Summer months and entering the Autumn months feeling calm and focused.
Class starts at 7.30pm and lasts around 40-45 minutes. No experience is needed.

Starting on the 28th August for 4 weeks, 'Ease into Autumn' group guided meditation class, every Thursday 7.30pm at the lovely Fairways Centre (Four Lane Ends).
We've all noticed that Autumn is fast approaching with leaves already falling, cool breezes and shortening days. These classes will help with this transition, bringing focus and clarity as well as super relaxing vibes!
We are a small group so booking is essential. No experience is needed at all.
£24 for the 4 week block or £7 PAYG (block bookings take priority).

We're back! As summer fades into autumn, the long days give way to steadier routines, calling for balance and grounding. A regular meditation practice supports this transition by calming the mind and easing us into new rhythms. It nurtures clarity and resilience, helping us embrace change with steadiness.
This Thursday's session is an ideal time to come along and give guided meditation a try - the theme being 'The healing of wonder around us'.
Class starts at 7.30pm and lasts around 40-45 minutes. Investment is £7. From the 28th August I am starting the block booking offer again of 4 classes pre-booked for £24.

It’s summer break time! There will be no group guided meditation class for the next 3 weeks. After that, I will message everyone on my WhatsApp group to see if you would like a class - I know many of you are away at different times over the next few weeks. If I have enough numbers to run I’ll do a class, if not I’ll check the next week. Regular classes will start again on Thursday 28th August.
