Buzzing to officially support as an Alpha sponsored athlete as she heads into the All Englands, chasing that England singlet and pushing towards Commonwealth selection 🇬🇧

She’s only been doing this a couple of years… and already turning heads.

Huge congratulations to ._coyne who has just received official backing and sponsorship from Alpha Gym after earning the right to represent Great Britain at Worlds in Poland next week 🇵🇱

The dreaded second StairMaster has been bought 😤

I still think this thing is a “Highway to Hell” 🔥 (hence the song choice) but apparently some of you enjoy suffering voluntarily.

So there you go…

Powerlifters hate it.
Strongmen avoid eye contact with it.
Arm wrestlers pretend they didn’t see it.
Bodybuilders live on it. 🤮

First up, our junior bodybuilder making his debut in Newcastle at just 20 year old and honestly… looking absolutely mental 😮‍💨

Repping the Alpha zip-up as well which is class 😂

Best of luck today mate, you’ve grafted for this and if you keep your head down and keep putting the work in, you’ve got a massive future in this sport.

Bodybuilding and Powerlifting both competing today really says a lot about the kind of people we’ve got training at Alpha.

Well done our member David Horst Making his debut competing in division 2 of ABS POWERLIFTING SERIES today 👏

PBs on both Squat 220kg & Bench 160kg but only finishing on 260kg deadlift = 640kg total

Building some confidence on the platform with very strict standards 🫡

Brilliant effort well done on putting Alpha Gym NE | NCL Benton on the map 🐺
