PBs on both Squat 220kg & Bench 160kg but only finishing on 260kg deadlift = 640kg total

Bathroom Transformation 🎨

You don’t build a gym with equipment.
You build it with people 🤝

At one point, just needed a place to train, so i gave her that. No pressure, no expectations, deep into a bodybuilding prep return 🏆

Since then, she’s just quietly helped out. Cleaning, bins, whatever needed doing. Never asked, just done 💚

Recently she painted the women’s changing rooms.
Now she’s done the men’s too.

Didn’t ask for anything in return.

That’s what Alpha is.

People who respect the place.
People who give back.

This isn’t a commercial gym.
It’s a community.

The standard applies to everyone. So does the support.

And the fact that gets a say over the colours in the place says everything 😂 suppose he does live in there 6 days a week 🚿

Invited .2347 and his partner down this weekend for a session, after we got the majority of the flooring down, none of this would be possible without Dan and a huge respect alone to the military lads even more respect now for turning my gym into not only an athletes dream but my ultimate dream too 🙏

The British army going far and beyond to transform Alpha gym, I will forever be grateful for this and always welcome your training from my facilities. 🥀
