Newcass - North East Wellbeing, Counselling & Support Service I work with adults 18+, offering a non-judgemental, safe space to work through any issues you are facing.

I address issues such as; anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-worth, anger, grief and loss, you don't have to face these alone. Based within Meadow Well Connected (Community Centre)
The centre has its own Covid 19 policy and safe practices in place. I also have contracted safe working measures within the counselling room where sessions will take place. All clients are to bring and wear their own masks, unless exempt due to medical reasons. Also bring with you a drink which you can dispose of after session.
