We often hold ourselves with limiting beliefs. Iโm letting go of mine ! ๐๐ผโค๏ธ
Look at this image closely. A powerful horseโstrong, capable, and freeโstands still, tied to a flimsy plastic chair. The chair couldnโt stop it if it tried. Yet the horse believes itโs stuck. So it doesnโt even try to move.
This is how many of us live.
We are held back not by real limitations, but by mental chains weโve accepted over time:
Fear of failure
Doubts planted by others
Past mistakes
Low self-worth
The belief that weโre โnot readyโ or โnot good enoughโ
The truth is: most limitations exist only in our minds. We grow up internalizing fear and rejection, and soon we forget how powerful we truly are.
๐ก The mind is your most powerful toolโor your greatest enemy.
It can either build bridges or build walls. The horse could run free. So could you.
๐ฟ In Buddhist thought, liberation comes not from gaining power but from letting go of the illusions that bind us. The Buddha taught:
> โThe mind is everything. What you think, you become.โ
So today, ask yourself:
What beliefs are keeping you tied down?
Who told you youโre not capable?
Why do you believe that chair is stronger than your spirit?
๐ Unlearn the limits. Untie the rope. Walk forward.
Freedom is just one brave step beyond your self-doubt.
