I have been taking some time out for myself and have just completed another 90 Hours water only fasting along with small amounts of herbal tea! I
I do this when my body feels like it needs a break from food, feeling heavy in weight and emotion. It resets my body, mind and soul .
Breaking the fast is important and I always do it with coconut water to replace the electrolytes lost while fasting and a Jungle Vitality juice ( Beetroot,Apple, Carrot and Ginger ) from theforestboost , who I highly recommend for their juices, smoothies and AΓ§ai Bowls π . (Make sure you sip it over 30mins to an hour , donβt gulp it down) .
Always check if you are able to water only fast and start with 24hours and build up time each time you fast! Wishing you all love on your fasting journey ππΌππβ€οΈ
