Another amazing yoga retreat today. It’s been a really busy year and I’ve been teaching a lot lately and I mean , a LOT 😤. But I’ve never felt so fulfilled. ❤️ My heart has never been more full (in terms of teaching ) This is because of you . Teaching Yoga is such a joy. And the feedback I get , reminds me of why I do what I do. Your lovely comments and random gifts . 🥰. I feel so lucky to have ; such wonderful students , inspiring teachers, places To work and such supportive family and friends.
As we head into the end of this year , I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to my wonderful yoga students. Your presence and dedication inspire me to learn more and strive even harder to be the best yoga teacher I can be .
You teach me so much.
Thank you for your friendship and for trusting me with your practice. I'm so grateful you choose me to teach you .
Now I have a few weeks to rest as I take a holiday .

Conditioned female cold water dippers/swimmers needed Friday morning (18th Nov) at Seaburn Beach.
Time options available from 6am - please see booking link.

You will be required to dip in the sea (upto the shoulders) and remain in the water for 5 minutes wearing only a swim costume or bikini (no gloves or boots).

This project will be filmed by danprincephoto 🙌🏼

A few pics from our September Yoga Day Retreat . What a fantastic day of fun, laughter, learning , meditation, yoga, pranayama and connection.
Not one teacher but three teachers 🧘‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️. Big thanks to FOM Yoga and David Atkinson Yoga & Thai Massage for helping to make yesterday such a special day .
We have two retreats left until the end of the year. - 22nd October and 3rd December.
These days really are a fantastic opportunity to take your yoga practice to another level , with a range of different yoga
practices and workshops .
Places are limited and are filling up fast .

What a wonderful day ! 🙏🏼 We Celebrated Summer Solstice yesterday with this fantastic group of Yogis. And the Sun came out for us , as we practiced our Sun Salutations. ☀️☀️Thank you to Marta Izabela Jackson FMYoga for helping me throughput the day and teaching a fantastic Balance Workshop.🙏🏼
The September 3rd Yoga Day Retreat, is starting to fill up .

Happy Yoga Day and Summer Solstice.
The theme of this year's Yoga Day celebrations is 'Yoga for Humanity'
There are so many benefits to practicing Yoga. ,Mind , Body and Spirit to name a few.
I am so grateful I found yoga and to all of my teachers and the teachers before them .Himalaya Yoga Valley, RehabYoga SARAH LO YIN YOGA GRADUATES .
I have had the honour to share and teach my love of yoga with others for the past 8 years and this brings me so much joy and fulfilment.
Thank you to all of my Yoga Teachers , fellow teachers , Students and the studios I teach in , past and present.
