WHY WOULD YOU HIRE A FITNESS COACH???

There are many reasons why people hire a fitness coach.
I've had clients say they hire me cos they enjoy a chat during a session or that they like having their weights added or reduced from machines🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Most common reasons for hiring a coach are:

- Accountability
- Knowledge
- Empowerment
- So they're exercising safely with good form
- To build confidence
- Development
- Progress

Each individual has their own reasons for hiring a personal trainer. There is no "One size fits all" reasoning as to why you choose to hire a P.T.
