⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ F.A.O 40+ Dads. ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
Remember who is watching...........
*When you choose to not exercise daily.
*When you choose to eat like you're filling a garbage disposal.
*When you continue to drink heavily on a daily/weekly basis.
*When you're energy levels are so low, all you can be bothered to do is sit and fester in front of the TV unable to engage in physical activities and meaningful conversation with your kids.
Continuously polluting your body with toxins and poisons cos your body and mind are so weak that you try any which way to make yourself feel better with short term dopamine hits to keep you locked inside your comfort zone.
In a nutshell......you're a dopamine addict and you're depressed and you can't find a way out.
This has been me in the past so I can relate......Honestly I can.
Burning the candle at both ends to try and relax.
Kidding myself that "I don't really drink that much" when I was pickling my body from Friday to Sunday to block out mental hurt and trauma and "reduce stress".
(It's laughable when I read this out loud)
Alcohol is wrecking your sleep and your relationships.
Low quality, nutrient deficient foods that are making you feel lethargic every waking day.
You're craving sugar and waiting for 5pm to come around so you can crack open a beer to "relax".
You're struggling to find things to be thankful for and blame negative experiences in your life on all external factors instead of looking closer to home......Yourself.
Can you relate to this?
Can you allow yourself to look in the mirror and tell yourself to sort your s**t out?
Your kids are your legacy.
Your kids deserve to be nurtured and taught how to lead a healthy life.
Your kids deserve to have their Dad around for as long as possible.
Stop now, do some deep self assessment and allow yourself to do the best by your kids and get yourself in shape before its too late and you're nothing but a name on people's lips in conversations laden with regret and heartache.
It's never too late to start.
The time is RIGHT NOW.💪
Eat well
Train hard
Live happy
Doing hard things in the gym and in the kitchen make every other aspect of life SO MUCH EASIER.
Love and respect,
Rob.🙏
