Have you ever had a moment when staring out of the window was exactly what you needed?

Taking time to ‘just be’ is an important part of self-care. It can also be incredibly productive!

Allowing time for your body to relax and for your brain to process puts us into a trance-like state. During this our conscious and subconscious minds can come together in focus. This allows us access to our ‘learning’ and find the solutions to any questions or challenges we may have.

Day 24 of the alternative ‘What’s been good?’ advent calendar - Positive interaction - Our Christmas Eve/Day dinner together as we have to share with our in laws. 🥰

So I’m not going to lie … it did not quite go quite according to plan … people feeling ill, pet logistics 🥰😂 and me in charge of the cooking!!! (It was a success!)

But it was brilliant because we accepted that it wasn’t going to be ‘perfect’ … instead it was going to be fun!! 🤩

Now we are going to chill before presents and a lot of pudding choices later!! Yum! 😋
