Wishing you all a beautiful and peaceful Bank Holiday Weekend ✨

A little reminder of the Yama Brahmacharya — finding balance, protecting our energy, and creating space for rest, joy, and self-care. 💛

There will be no classes Monday or Tuesday this week as we take time to pause, recharge, and enjoy the long weekend.

✨ Classes return to normal on Wednesday 27th ✨

Until then, breathe deeply, move gently, rest fully, and enjoy every moment of the sunshine and stillness around you 🌿☀️

Much love,Caroline 🤍

✨ Mudita ✨

In Sanskrit, Mudita means joy in the happiness of others — a pure, selfless delight that blooms when we celebrate another soul’s light as if it were our own.

In yoga philosophy, Mudita reminds us that the heart expands when we release comparison, jealousy, and competition. Instead of asking “Why not me?” we learn to say “How beautiful that this exists in the world.”

It is one of the most healing spiritual practices:
to genuinely rejoice in another person’s success, love, growth, healing, or peace.

Mudita teaches us that abundance is not limited.
Another person’s light does not dim our own.
In fact, when we celebrate others, we raise the vibration of everyone around us — including ourselves.

🌿
May we learn to clap for each other.
May we soften into gratitude.
May we find joy not only in our own blessings, but in the beauty of others rising too.
🌿
Roll out your mat with me next week x🙏
Namaste 🙏

🧘‍♀️ Monday Motivation & the Story Behind Warrior II

As a new week begins, we ground ourselves in strength, focus, and intention ✨

Did you know Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) comes from an ancient story in Hindu mythology? The pose is named after Virabhadra, a fierce warrior created by Shiva.

Virabhadra represents courage, purpose, and unwavering focus—qualities we bring into our practice every time we step into this powerful stance. With arms extended and gaze steady, Warrior II reminds us to stay grounded while reaching forward with intention 💫

🌿 Monday reminder:
Stand strong in who you are.
Stay focused on where you’re going.
And breathe through whatever comes your way.

Let this week be one of strength, balance, and calm energy 🙏

✨ Bank Holiday Weekend ✨

What if this weekend wasn’t about doing more…
but about being more present?

A gentle reminder to pause.
To breathe a little deeper.
To slow the pace and soften into the moment.

Step away from the noise, even just for a while…
and reconnect with you 🤍

🌍 Happy Earth Day 🌿

Today is a gentle reminder to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the world around us — and within us.

To honour this beautiful day, I’m inviting you to join me for a calming Yin Yoga session tonight at 6pm 🧘‍♀️

We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and take time to ground ourselves — just like the earth supports us every day.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, tired, or simply in need of a reset, this is your space to unwind and restore.

✨ All levels welcome✨ Bring a mat, blanket, and anything cosy

See you there !

Dear beautiful souls ✨

A gentle reminder that this Monday is a Bank Holiday, so we’ll be taking a pause from our practice together. May this extra day offer you space to rest, breathe deeply, and move in whatever way your body and heart are calling for.

Whether it’s a quiet moment with your breath, a mindful walk, or simply allowing yourself to slow down, trust that your practice continues beyond the mat. 🌿

Classes will resume as normal from Tuesday, and I look forward to gathering again, sharing energy, and flowing together. Until then, may your days be soft, grounded, and filled with light.

With warmth and gratitude 🤍

Ready to roll out your mat tonight tribe ? Tonight’s Full Moon feels like a quiet reminder to pause, breathe, and realign. 🌕✨
There’s something powerful about looking up at the same moon and knowing we’re all sharing this moment together — releasing what’s heavy, welcoming what’s meant for us, and trusting the timing of our lives.

Let this Full Moon be a gentle reset.
Let go of the doubts.
Let go of the fear.
Let go of what no longer feels like you.

Instead, fill your heart with intention, gratitude, and hope. Speak kindly to yourself. Believe in your path, even if you can’t see the whole way yet. Every step forward — no matter how small — still counts.

Tonight, I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing growth. I’m choosing to trust the process. 🌙
I encourage everyone to take a moment, set an intention, and allow this Full Moon to light the way forward.

We’re all evolving. We’re all healing. We’re all becoming. ✨
