THIS WEDNESDAY! A FREE tea dance for people over 60 in Walker! 🪩🫖

There’s still space on our guest list for Thé Dasant, we’d love to welcome some more people to come along.

The afternoon will include free tea and refreshments, live entertainment, a gentle ballroom dance workshop, and a raffle.

We are welcoming Susan to our centre this evening at 5.45 - 6.45.
Susan Universe

Susan will be taking you on a gentle relaxing reset on the dates below, as part of our Shanti Relaxation offering.

In her sessions you will be using a various mix of breathing techniques, nervous system soothers, sound healing and guided meditation and intuitive movement or stillness ( if you choose ).

Mixing my knowledge from kundalini yoga, meditation, heart of consent work, breathwork and intuitive healing.

Most importantly space and time to readjust into the relaxing part of your nervous system where healing, pleasure and peace resides always inside your body, mind and heart.

These sessions are here for you to come back home to yourself with gentle guidance on how we can do that.

This will be the second season for our Monday Meditations & Relaxation classes.
Mondays 5.45pm

We really are happy to keep these on the timetable, as honestly, we were unsure if they would be received and loved as we had hoped.
We understand that it can feel like a challenge, to find time for and commit to something that sounds so simple?

I'd like to be clear, in these sessions. You neither fall asleep or focus.
We encourage an intentional, aware relaxation. Helping build awareness from the inside out.

There is such huge benefit in these practices - slowing down into awareness helps us connect with what is happening inside, improving emotional balance, stress regulation and overall wellbeing.

These sessions run weekly at 5.45 - 6.45. Teachers will invite you to practice techniques that cultivate focused awareness and inner calm, using only the tools we come to the mat with.

You'll be guided through practices including breath work, body scans, yoga Nidra and self-inquiry techniques by one of our resident teachers.

Teachers Kitty, Rosie M, Susan and Lisa are all bringing their experience to these sessions.

Happy International Women's Day!

We've so many activities today at Shanti - all led by amazing women.

Conscious Flow with Fay @ is on 11 - 12.30. You can join Fay every Sunday.

A little later in the day at 1.30 - 3pm, if you are a Steady Soul member you can join Helen for her sessions ~ Movement and the Art of Listening with Helen. You can read more on our website about the Steady Soul Scheme.

At 3.30 - 5.30 there is The Ritual of the Wild Woman, voice workshop with Ola. Connect with yourself and other women, through song.

At 6-7pm we have our weekend Sun power Yoga session with Kitty.

Unless specified - the activities above are open to people of all gender identities.
