Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is mindfully rest.

☯️ Even a few minutes on the floor can calm the nervous system and improve focus.

☯️ In slowing down this way, your body learns to regulate stress and your mind gains clarity.

This is Chris, demonstarting constructive rest very nicley!

Chris joined as a volunteer back in 2020 and has played a huge part in our online presence and booking systems ever since.

.physio.pilates who teaches two wonderful classes with us is now taking maternity leave. We will miss you Tal.

Her popular Wednesdays 11am Pilates class will not run for the next two weeks.
Great news!...From November 26th Sarah Southerton, Pilates teacher who has been attending the class for over 2 years alongside completing her Level 3 Pilates training. Sarah will be covering Tal offering a Restorative Pilates session, Wednesdays 11 - 12, with an emphasis on body functionality and accessibility.

We can't wait to welcome Sarah to teaching at Shanti Bee, though some of you will know her face.

“I like to help people feel good in their bodies, with the hope that this will also improve their mental health. The class will promote gentle movement, with progression for those who want more of a challenge, and adaptations to make everyone feel welcome. It will have a 'do what you can' approach. My background is mental health and this is a key part of why I do Pilates."

We will be taking Tals Mum and Babies Pilates class off the timetable, until her return.

We love our little therapy room and all that it houses.

It's a sanctuary, a space of healing, a place you can very easily relax in. An opportunity, for you to work with the remedies you seek to move through these challenges times.

Mondays, (soon to be Tuesdays) and Thursdays can be found with her hot stones, fabulous massages, vibrant energy and of course her tarot - which has always been something Nina has offered, her insight and connection to truth is quite amazing.
Fridays .2019 brings her soft, gentle and welcoming healing, offering reflexology and reiki. Lornas wisdom, and approachable presence has guided Shanti Bee, since she started with us in 2019.

We also hire the room on (soon to be Mondays) and Wednesdays - so if you are a holistic practitioner, and would like to hire the space, for 1:1 holistic therapies, talking therapies or energy healing. We offer a great hire rate and a lovely room, that shares a kitchen with our main studio space.
