Our next Steady Souls course - offering donation based courses for individuals managing a chronic (long lasting) physical or emotional illness is 🪷 Meditation with Jill 🪷
🪷 This 4-week course starts on Sunday 21 September 2025
1.30 - 3pm
🪷 You will explore different meditation techniques suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
"We will explore different meditation techniques including: mantra, breath work, flowing Qi Gong meditation, visualisation and heart coherence. Exploring a variety techniques opens up the possibility to find the one that works best for you and provides tools that can be used beyond the class to improve wellbeing and mental health."
Week 1: Breathwork & Qigong
Week 2: Mantra & Sound
Week 3: Guided Journey & Visualization
Week 4: Heart Coherence & Chakra Balancing
