You could chase symptoms. Or you could find the root.
Take Fred. Loved running. His lower back didn't agree. Instead of a patch-up, we used a plan. Like this:
Step 1: Assessment - getting to the real root of pain, not just finding symptoms.
Step 2: Began immediately - safely reducing these symptoms and substituting exercises to allow Fred to get back to his beloved running.
Step 3: Started a few weeks later with the pain gone. Strengthening the root muscle problems, and relearning to coordinate movement in the lower back. (Fixing things properly takes a bit of time.)
Step 4: Tested the most challenging running movements to make sure they were not just pain-free, but strong.
Now, Fred is back to running. Ready.
It’s a stepped approach. Sensible, we think. We don't offer the quick fix because, honestly, it doesn't exist. We prefer saving your time and energy by really figuring out what's going on.
