We offer one-to-one counselling for life issues such as Bereavement, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Lif We will work with you to try and unlock your unease.

With ALL Counselling, you can be assured that we will provide a professional and confidential counselling service. You may not know what’s worrying you, it could be just a feeling of unrest. We have experience of dealing with issues relating to Bereavement, Anxiety, Living with life limiting illness, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, Life changes, Low Self-Esteem or Relationship problems. We are primarily person-centered counsellors but will work with other models including CBT (Cognative Behavioural Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy and Transactional Analysis (TA) if we feel this would benefit our client. ANYONE WITH A DISCREET MOBILE HIDDEN FROM AN ABUSIVE PERSON - All phones will sound a LOUD ALERT on the afternoon of SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th, along with the following warning text:

The test will be sent to all compatible 4G and 5G mobile phones and tablets across the UK. You will hear a loud siren-like sound, vibration, and a message will appear on the screen confirming that this is a test. The sound and vibration will last for about 10 seconds. You will not need to take any further action.

Depending on your phone’s features, it may read the message out for you having also overridden volume settings. The unique noise emitted by the phone should also be audible for those who use a hearing aid.
