Welcome Jaime!
Hello, I'm Jaime!
I'm excited to be joining Kerrie, who has kept me running for several years, and to become part of the team with her and Emma. I have been a Sports Massage Therapist for 7 years, a Run Leader for 10 years, and I am the owner of These Girls Can Run ladies' running groups. Over the years I have combined my skills, often chatting about running techniques, answering questions and giving advice while clients enjoy their maintenance massage.
Alongside this, I have spent 26 years . teaching in both secondary and primary schools, but now it is time to hang up my classroom lanyard and focus fully ◦
on the world of running and Sports ◦ Massage Therapy. I am also qualified ◦ in cupping therapy, with hot stone massage coming in October because we all deserve a little treat now and then!
Appointments will be available on Mondays and Thursdays from 4 September, and 1 am really looking forward to meeting you.
