A 2003 study involving 266 elderly people over the age of 60, 2-3 years of treatment with Thymalin was shown to reduce all cause mortality over a timeframe of 6-8 years by a factor of two. Application of the bioregulators over a 3 year time frame showed increased liver detoxification function and intensified bone tissue density over the subsequent 5 year observation period.

The purpose of this case series review is to describe our 12 month clinical experience with intra-articular injections of Botox, Eleven patients with chronic arthritis who had failed treatment with oral and/or intra-articular medications and were injected. six lower extremity joints (3 knees, 3 ankles) with 25-50 units and nine shoulders with 50-100 units Where injected. patients were female and nine were male, aged 42-82 years. The Duration of pain relief was variable and ranged from 3 to 12 months.

Although this study was small, and uncontrolled the results suggest that botox injections are an effective and safe treatment for chronic joint pain disorders.

FEEL LIKE YOU NEED MORE STRENGTH
We’re a little over Four weeks into the new year. For those of you that made some resolutions to improve your health and wellness but fell off the wagon, perhaps this can inspire you to get back on track with things.
In 2022, I (James) was out of shape, lacking strength, and just not confident to start improving my strength. I decided to pay Trevor a visit. He did an assessment and started me on a new exercise regimen to correct things found in his assessment and to improve my strength (my goal)
After about 12 weeks, I had the confidence to go on my own. I was able to crank up the intensity. I’ve visited Trevor on and off since so he tweaked a bunch of things, suggested some techniques that I’ve found to be great.

By following the approach my overall health and wellness has improved. “It worked great!”
If you want to improve your health and get in shape this new year, you need to take action. Don’t procrastinate! Trust me, I waited too long to do this, (aged 72) but I’m in a good place now.
If you’re ready to make a change, don’t wait any longer.
