Did you know that proper care of your contact lenses can keep your eyes healthy and your vision crystal clear? 🦸‍♀️👀 This week, let’s focus on good habits to protect our eyes and ensure we're wearing lenses safely.

Here are a few quick tips to keep your eyes happy and healthy:

Wash your hands before touching your lenses! 🧼

Never sleep with your contact lenses on unless approved by your eye care professional. 💤

Clean and store your lenses properly in a fresh case each night! 🔄

Avoid sharing your lenses with others (they’re YOUR eyes only!). 🚫

Stay on schedule with your lens replacement (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly)! 🗓️

Remember, healthy eyes are happy eyes. Let’s all take a moment this week to refresh our contact lens care routine. 🧑‍⚕️💡
