Took this photo in the garden today. Pleased with my planting for winter colour. No South Africa this year. Most of you know Dave is waiting for a renal transplant so we have to stay close to the Freeman. Practice winding down but still seeing patients one day a week, with priority to existing patients. Great to see this being aired holistically. Chronic pain is a huge problem and needs treatment other than painkillers. Obviously, I use homeopathy and don’t see mention of it in this course. Looks like a great day of shared experience. It says sufferers welcome so feel free to share widely.

This is last week’s visit to my mum in her care home over the road from me. She is well and happy. We visit inside a glass pod in the garden. For us, this works quite well. The end is in sight with the vaccine. I haven’t touched her since March.
I am closing the practice next Tuesday afternoon for a break until 6 Jan. Most years we head south to Cape Town, but not this year. Can’t wait to be able to travel again.
