Established in 1981, Equine Products UK is a pioneer in the equine supplements market. From our fully licensed facilities in North East England, the company formulates and manufactures an extensive range of high quality nutritional equine supplements, aimed at maintaining equine health and helping the horse achieve its maximum genetic potential. It is now widely accepted that modern agricultural methods produce basic feeds that frequently lack all the necessary nutrients essential to the health and wellbeing of horses and ponies. All Equine Products supplements comply with guidelines laid down by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, for complementary feeds, as well as with the guidelines set out by both the British Horseracing Authority and FEI regarding prohibited substances. As well as supporting many top riders and trainers, Equine Products offers all customers one-to-one nutritional advice, which is important in ensuring that the right product is being selected and is used with maximum effect.

Our Story

In 2020 Equine Products UK Ltd entered its 39th year in business. From its base in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Equine Products UK Ltd manufactures and sell quality horse supplements and tonics worldwide with renowned products such as; Selenavite E, Haemavite B Plus, TransVite Excel and Premier E.

The secret of our products is simple; we use the best ingredients on the market and in the highest quantity. All products manufactured at Equine Products UK Ltd are made at an approved EU manufacturing site, which is licensed under the EU Feed Hygiene Legislation, requirements of which include having a testing programme for heavy metals, dioxins, active ingredients and analytical constituents.

The testing and daily procedures carried out by Equine Products UK Ltd is based around a HACCP plan, and all raw materials used are tested by an official FEI accredited laboratory in Paris prior to being released into the production process.
