From Knee Pain to 26 Miles! 🏞️

We just had to give a shoutout to our brilliant patient Stu, who took on Trek 26 around Lake Ullswater last weekend — and smashed it, finishing 36th out of 700! 😲👏

Stu was struggling with knee pain from even gentle exercise when he booked an appointment at Physio Plus … and now he’s powering through 26 miles for the incredible cause that is Alzheimer’s Society 💜
