Endings are always Beginnings...

Yogis! This week our gorgeous Suze will teach her last Thursday Evening Flow Class for you all 😢 we are so so sad to see her go however as lots of you will probably know she has just started up her very own studio - for Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga and beyond! ✨ Rightly so she is going to be putting a lot of her energy towards that for the time being (as well as being a mumma to a teenager and a toddler + other work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 big love to all the mamas out there handling it all!!!)

As Yoga teachers we often speak about the importants of not stretching ourselves too thin and to make sure we are also looking after ourselves especially when we have a lot going on so we are super proud of Suze For practicing what we preach. She's super sad to say goodbye for now but knows in her body it's the right thing!

Don't worry she will DEFINITELY be back, bringing us her gorgeous Sound Bath and Reiki Sessions and is still a part of the Modern Yoga Teacher Fam (the best girl gang in town) you'll likely see her pop in for covers from time to time.

But for now we know you lot will give her the most loving and celebratory send off and from one of Newcastles longest standing Yoga Studios to one of its Newest we wish Suze ALL the Luck in the world with her exciting ventures!! ✨💙

What's on next weekend?

After a gorgeous weekend of Dreamy Sound Baths and Moon Magic we have got another absolutely beautiful one for you next Sunday.

Sunday 21st September - Equinox ✨
18:30 till 20:30

Celeste will be taking you through a practise weaving together a gentle flow, a restorative Yin practice, followed by meditation and journalling.

This practise will be a celebration of the turn of the season, a moment to reflect on the abundance we have in our lives but also a moment to honour the things that we are ready to let go of. We are after all a part of nature and like the natural world around us we can also allow what we've outgrown to drop away, retreat into darkness to cocoon, safe in deep knowing that we'll emerge into the light at just the right time to thrive ✨
