Helping overwhelmed mums move from emotional exhaustion & survival mode into more steadiness through realistic self-care, nervous system support & small moments that fit real life 🌿

No perfection required 🫶

23/05/2026

If you’re already feeling emotionally exhausted before half-term has even properly started… this is for you.

The EmpowerPause Sisterhood is a gentle online space for overwhelmed mums, especially mums raising neurodivergent children, who are tired of trying to hold everything together alone.

Not another perfect routine.
Not another rigid self-care plan.
Just realistic support, steadiness, connection, and small moments of breathing space that actually fit into real life.

I created this space because I needed it too.

You are not failing.
You are overloaded.

If this sounds like something you need right now, you can join the free community below đź’š

I didn’t realise how much I was carrying… until I started to feel constantly at capacity.

Physically, emotionally, mentally drained.
Like I had nothing left to give… even to myself.

And I couldn’t work out why.

Until I noticed the pattern.

I wasn’t just holding my own things…
I was carrying everyone else’s too.

Their worries
Their situations
Their emotions

As if they were mine to fix.

So I set a boundary.

A loving one.

I still listen.
I still care.
I still support.

But I don’t carry it for them anymore.

I can sit with someone…
but I don’t take it on as my own.

And that has created so much more space.

Am I perfect with it? No.
But I catch it sooner now.

I release it instead of holding onto it.

And that’s the difference.

🤍 Not caring less…
just carrying less.

Have you ever noticed yourself doing this?

I'd love for you to share in yhe comments or send me a quick message.

How I Help...

I don’t help you by giving you more to do.

I help you by helping you come back to yourself.

I support mums in a few different ways, depending on what feels right for you.

For those local to me, I run small, intimate group sessions in my space in Wallsend.

These are gentle, supportive spaces where you can pause, breathe, and feel held, without pressure or judgement.

I also work within the community, running sessions and programmes for parent carers in real-life settings.

And alongside that, I’m building an online community.
A space you can come to day to day, where you’ll find simple rituals, reflections, and connection with other mums who understand your world.

Whether you join in person or online, the focus is the same.

Helping you feel more steady, more supported, and less alone.

Who I Help...

I support mums who feel constantly overwhelmed, switched on, and stuck in survival mode.

Especially those raising neurodivergent children.

The mums who are always thinking ahead…
🤦‍♀️anticipating the next meltdown
🤦‍♀️adjusting plans
🤦‍♀️managing emotions
🤦‍♀️holding everything together

Even in the quiet moments, your body doesn’t fully switch off.

You might look like you’re resting…

but inside, you’re still on alert.

You’re carrying the mental load
the emotional load and the responsibility of being the safe place for everyone else.

And a lot of the time, it feels like no one truly understands your world.

This space is for you 🤍

A place where you don’t have to mask, don’t have to explain or have to hold it all on your own.

If this feels like you, you’re so welcome here.

I’d love to invite you to a FREE “Finding Steady Ground” session tomorrow evening 💛

I’ve already got 2 lovely women joining me, so there are now 4 spaces left.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, constantly “on”, or like you don’t really get a moment to switch off… this is exactly why I created this.

It’s a gentle, 90-minute space to:
slow everything down
breathe
release some of the tension you’re holding
and feel a bit more steady in yourself
Nothing intense. No pressure to share. Just a calm, supportive space to reset.

✨ Tomorrow (Tuesday)
🕕 6–7:30pm
📍 My salon
👥 Only 6 spaces total

It’s usually £25, but I’m offering this session for free as I relaunch it and gather feedback.

I’ll be capturing a few photos/videos during the session and asking for a short testimonial afterwards in return.

If you’d like one of the remaining spaces, just message me and I’ll send you the booking link 💛

I know this point well.

The point where you resonate.
You think about it.
You nearly message.
Then you tell yourself you’ll wait.

Life rarely slows down on its own.

Steadiness isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you build.

Finding Steady Ground begins this week.

There is one scholarship space available.
If finances are the only barrier, you’re welcome to apply.

If you feel the pull, message me “steady.

“I’ll do it when things calm down.”

I hear this all the time.

But life rarely slows itself for you.

The chaos doesn’t politely pause.
The demands don’t disappear.

Waiting for calm often means staying stuck in survival mode longer than you need to.

Steadiness isn’t found after life settles.
It’s built inside it.

Finding Steady Ground begins this week.

If you’re ready to stop waiting,
message me “steady.”

One of the things women tell me most after sessions is:

“I wish I had this more regularly.”

Not a one-off.
Not a quick fix.
But something consistent.

Finding Steady Ground is exactly that.

A weekly circle.
A steady anchor.
A place you know you can come back to.

Life will still be life.

But you won’t be carrying it alone.

Message “steady” if you’d like the details.

I know joining something new can feel daunting.

So here’s exactly what happens across the four weeks.

No surprises.
No pressure.
No intense homework.

Just a small, supportive circle where you can:
• understand what’s happening in your body
• build realistic regulation rituals
• feel steadier inside real life

Finding Steady Ground begins in March.

Small Tuesday daytime circle.
Message “steady” if you’d like details.
