Back pain is rarely just about something being out of place.
Most lower back pain is not serious, and it does not automatically mean damage. Evidence shows it is often linked to reduced load tolerance, poor recovery, stress, stiffness, and deconditioning rather than one structure being badly injured.
Your back is strong, adaptable, and usually responds well to the right rehab approach. The aim is not endless rest. It is the right movement, the right loading, and building confidence again.
