If your knee has started hurting during runs, don’t just jump straight to “I’ve damaged something.”

Before you panic ask:
• Have I increased mileage too quickly?
• Am I skipping strength work?
• Is my pain consistently >5/10?

Small tweaks this week can make a big difference.
And if it’s not settling after 2 weeks let’s assess it properly 🙌🏽
