Our Clinic Director Mark Poolan will be running the Scottish Half Marathon on August 17th raising money for his dad’s memory Ken Poolan.

The funds raised will go to British Heart Foundation, to support heart disease research, awareness, and prevention. 🏃 🏃🏼‍♀️ ❤️

Abbi is a dedicated and dynamic Sports Therapist, holding a BSc degree from Leeds University. Her approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation is uniquely shaped by her background as a former elite-level gymnast, having proudly represented her country on the international stage. 🇬🇧 🤸

Abbi expertly combines hands-on therapeutic techniques with cutting-edge modalities to design personalised, results-driven treatment plans. Whether she’s working with professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or individuals recovering from everyday injuries, her goal remains the same: to restore optimal function, reduce pain, and promote long-term recovery and performance.

Abbi will be working every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Abbi’s diary is now open and will be taking bookings from week commencing 23rd of June 2025. 🗓️ 📲
