Hello Yogis!
Over the last year I’ve been training five amazing women to become amazing Yoga teachers, and this weekend they will be showcasing their talents in a final fundraiser for ‘Daft as a Brush’ cancer patient care- so their classes are booked by donation! OUR FINAL CLASS!
For our last class this year we thought we’d make it extra special✨ so we asked both our instructors to teach a class together 👭
We really hope to see all of you there for our last class and say thank you all so much for coming along to our classes throughout the year and making the society amazing💖

1. buy your membership on the nusu website (in our bio)
2. go to shop and click on which class you wish to attend
3. purchase that class through the nusu website

FREE TASTER CLASS!
Come along to our Ashtanga yoga taster class on Wednesday evening, 29th of September. You don’t need to worry about booking as we should have plenty of space to fit all of you 🥰 so come along and bring your friends!! All we ask is that if you have a yoga mat then please bring it but if you don’t that’s ok we have our own 😊

Our Ariel yoga taster class on Sunday 26th of September is fully booked! As always with our Ariel classes, we have a limited number of spaces available so this class has filled up! Please do not try and come along unless we’ve spoken over DM and confirmed you a space, as we will have to turn you away 😞
If you have a space but can no longer come, please send us a DM and we can let someone else come instead.
Don’t worry though, as we run this class every Sunday for our members!! 💗🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽🧘🏾‍♂️

THE COVID-19 CRISIS IN INDIA

We have donated £50 to to help deliver lifesaving supplies to communities in India. £50 is how much we spend on providing a class for our members.

We are reaching out to ask YOU to donate £3 to this cause. This is how much we ask you to pay for a class through the society and if all of our members donated we will have donated £266 in total. If non-members also donated we could give even more.

If you donate and send us a screenshot of the email thanking you - you will be entered into a prize draw to win a private class with our brilliant Ashtanga Yoga instructor.

As the Yoga Society we have an extra responsibility to help as we wouldn't have the practice without Indian culture. Anyone who practices or benefits from yoga also has a responsibility.
