Here at Normedica we love a Ted Talk. Little snippets of shared knowledge that can really begin to change the way you see yourself and the world and can be watched and finished during a coffee break is just genius! 🤩

This week, Mindfulness Monday is playing host to one of these talks.

Andy Puddicombe is a former Buddhist monk and co-founder of the Headspace app, specifically set up to help you take a break from the noise of the outside world and just stop.
