Its that time of year where nature has it spot on 🐾

The tree's have shed their summer clothes, the animals are curled up cosy, warm and safe within their burrows and the birds have flown south for the winter.
Maybe hibernation is not just for the animal kingdom, and the tiredness and general malaise most of us feel through the winter is because we should have slowed down already!

Why don't we follow Mother Natures example? After all, mum does have a tendency to know what is best!
