All Yoga x Life Training Courses are accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

We chose Yoga Alliance Professionals as it distinguishes itself from other yoga accrediting bodies by setting higher teaching standards, demanding extensive experience from trainers, and actively supporting the professional growth of its members.

Unlike other organisations such as Yoga Alliance US, which require as little as two years of teaching experience for lead trainers, Yoga Alliance Professionals requires a minimum of eight years teaching experience and 4,000 hours before someone can apply to lead a foundation teacher training course.

The Details….

Protection - Sun Protection Factor number indicates how long it might take for your skin to burn after applying it, compared to not wearing any at all. They’ve been trailblazers in so many projects throughout lives dedicated to incredible musical careers and they continue to be so! This album is the first wellness project to be released by and we are sure it will pave the way for many amazing things!

The (un)official warm up for Northern Pride, with the ultimate party yoga flow.

For ONE night only we’re turning up VOLUME and welcoming in ALL that glitters

Under the disco lights you be guided through fun and fierce yoga sequence, accompanied by a playlist Pride will be PROUD of.

From Kylie and Cher to Taylor and Sabrina, and of course our fave Chappell Roan, Danni will lead you through a series of light-hearted flows, designed to help you feel at one with your body and spirit.

Of course, singing, dancing and freedom of expression are very much encouraged!

Psst, it’s a Wednesday, so wearing pink is definitely encouraged.

Tickets are priced at £15 and all proceeds go to Akt, the UK’s National Charity for LGBTQ+ Youth Homelessness.

If you can’t make it, you’re more than welcome to hit the donate button, just £31 can provide emergency supplies to a young person coming off the streets.

Whilst many people take to the streets (or the yoga mat!) to celebrate Pride, many LGBTQ+ young people across the UK have nowhere to go. Sadly rejected by their families simply for being who they are, they are left to face the streets, alone and scared.

work tirelessly to change that, providing safe accommodation alongside access to food, supplies and support. With rising hostility against the LGBTQ+ community, their services have never been more in demand. No one should have to choose between a safe space to sleep, and simply being themselves.
