Hi everyone just a little introduction to my Page NE Sports Massage. My name is Louisa and I’ve studied for two years doing my VTCT Sports Massage Therapy Level 3 and Level 4. My main interest is Sports Massage however I am enjoying becoming trained in various holistic treatments including Hot Stones Massage and more recently Indian Head Massage. I believe in wellness and connecting the mind, body and soul for overall wellbeing. Get in touch if I can help in your wellness journey. Life can be so busy and stressful, lets take time to ensure we are centred and working to the best of our abilities by taking time out to reset and relax our bodies.
