Today’s staff training meant I actually got to enjoy a Headspa myself for the first time in a year! When I say this revived my love for what we do, wow! 🤩

New staff absolutely bossed it and one of our trainees took Extensions by storm! 🙌🏼

So refreshing and a much needed Wellness break needed as work and life has been so busy at the moment. I zoned out and forgot it was training and nearly dozed off at one point! ✨

No feeling quite like a Headspa 🧖🏼‍♀️ today reminded me of how magical it is, much needed and so lucky to have talented new staff joining the team 🤍

A proud proud moment at NE Wellness, professionally and personally as I’ve known Junior all his life, was a joy to watch I was blown away at how disciplined he was, his form was amazing and definitely had a tear in my eye when the result was announced 🤍

We sponsored in his fight tonight and the boy in Blue brought it home 💙 was never in any doubt!

Hard fight but the boy smashed it, kept his composure throughout and came away with no injuries👌🏼big things to come, this is only the beginning💥

Well done 👏🏼 you were amazing and we’ll get you in for a recovery session this week 🙌🏼

Hi everyone just a little introduction to my Page NE Sports Massage. My name is Louisa and I’ve studied for two years doing my VTCT Sports Massage Therapy Level 3 and Level 4. My main interest is Sports Massage however I am enjoying becoming trained in various holistic treatments including Hot Stones Massage and more recently Indian Head Massage. I believe in wellness and connecting the mind, body and soul for overall wellbeing. Get in touch if I can help in your wellness journey.
