You don’t look anxious.
You’re capable. High-functioning. The one people rely on.
But inside?
Your nervous system never quite switches off.
You’re “fine”… while constantly bracing yourself
You’ve tried calming down.
Breathing exercises. Coping strategies. Pushing through.
And it only made you feel more alone when it didn’t last.
Here’s the thing:
Anxiety isn’t the problem to fix, it’s a signal your system isn’t switching off from perceived danger.

I know this because I don’t work with women who want to manage anxiety.
I work with women who are done living around it.
