We’re delighted to share some lovely news — Eve is expecting a beautiful baby girl! 💕👶

We’ve got something to celebrate! 🎉

This week, we were so proud to see our Leeds colleague Leanne recognised as Runner Up for Apprentice of the Year at the Luminate Awards 👏

Leanne has worked in care for eight years and says caring is her calling after supporting her grandmother. In her words, “Care is really rewarding… we’re enriching people’s lives.” 💙

In just six months at college, alongside her role in our CQC-rated Outstanding Leeds service, Leanne has gone above and beyond – supporting people at home, speaking at community events, and now stepping into her role as a Care Assessor to help shape truly person-centred care.

Leanne, we are incredibly proud of you and everything you represent at Be Caring. 🌟

Every year, our teams surprise clients with Christmas gifts - and our Be Caring Bradford colleagues always go the extra mile by choosing something personal, based on the little things they’ve learned throughout the year.

This year, one of those gifts was a diamond painting set for our client Jane, who’s been busy creating this incredible tiger - and we’re blown away by the detail!

Huge credit to our Bradford team for turning Christmas into something truly memorable. 💛

✨May-Jean's Trip To Broadway✨

Towards the end of November, our Liverpool colleagues Katelyn and Emily used their Above & Beyond time to help their client May (99) enjoy something she’d been missing for years - getting out and about.

May, who hadn't left the house in a long time, was over the moon with her day out.

At Be Caring, our block-pay model means colleagues have the time and flexibility to focus on what really matters - building relationships and sharing meaningful moments like this.

We’re so proud of Katelyn and Emily (and our whole Liverpool team) for turning a simple outing into something that made a real difference to May’s wellbeing this winter. 🧡
