As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, it’s time to pause, breathe and reconnect 🍂

Join us for *Autumn Sound Bath: Rest, Release & Renew* in Tynemouth — a gentle, gong-free sound journey to soothe the mind, release tension and renew your spirit.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork and nidra, then drift into the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes and more. No experience needed. Simply bring comfy layers, a blanket, and an open heart.

Thank you to everyone who came by yesterday for the open house to celebrate 20 years of practice. It was so lovely to celebrate this milestone with you all.

After the ray of sunshine on Thursday I got to meet the calmest little shark🦈 Baby Leo. His mum reckons you should be queuing up ouside if acupuncture makes such placid babies 🤣

I am forever grateful to those who support my work and the beautiful network it creates. Yesterday we had a little gratitude ceremony and I will have the gratitude jar in clinic this week for those who couldn’t make it. All the words of gratitude will be going into the medicinal garden.

My first day .wellness was filled with sunshine 🌞 Baby Quinn came to meet me — such a joy to cuddle him and catch up with his lovely mum before they set off on new adventures.

It’s always a little bittersweet when a fertility journey comes full circle. We walk such a deep path together, and while my role naturally ends when new chapters begin, it’s a privilege to have been part of the story. 💛

The space here is so serene — today I welcomed a fertility client into their first experience of sound therapy during acupuncture, guiding them into deep rest and relaxation. 🎶 Enhanced by the incredible downpour we had. I just love it when nature decides to join in 🌧️

Grateful for these moments, for new beginnings and endings, and for the magic that flows through this work.

Seventeen years ago, I opened the doors to my first clinic in Jesmond—Oriental Health, That little clinic grew and blossomed into Natural Health and has given me so many years of deep, rewarding work. However, the time has come for me to gently close this chapter. That decision didn’t come lightly, but feels deeply right.

I’m choosing to follow a quieter, slower rhythm. One that gives me more space and freedom to work in a way that feels more in tune with what I want to offer my patients.

September, marked a new beginning working mainly from my Whitburn clinic, where sessions are spacious and deeply personalised—blending acupuncture, herbs, breathwork, and sound to meet you where you are. This change helps facilitate whole hour sessions in my beautiful cliff top clinic will all my tools at hand.

If you prefer to keep it simple that’s OK too.

For my clients who still wish to see me in person but can’t quite make it to Whitburn I will be offering sessions from the beautiful .wellness which has so many beautiful flexible spaces to work from.

🌿 I will still be offering online herbal consults, for my nation wide and international clients along with conscious connected breathwork, yoga and free group sessions on women’s health and fertility.

There are new seeds being planted—both in my medicinal garden and in the shape of my work. If you’d like to be part of what comes next, I’d love to hear from you.

If you're currently navigating the ups and downs of trying to conceive and feel called to explore **natural ways to support your body and mind**, I'd love to hear from you.

I’m thinking of starting a **small, supportive community group** where we can come together, share, learn, and connect with like-minded women on the same path. A safe space to feel heard, ask questions, receive guidance, and be supported not only by each other but by me, as a fertility expert with 20+ years’ experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and holistic health.

✨ 20 Years Since I Graduated 🎓

At 18, fresh out of school, I took a leap of faith — moved to London to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at Middlesex University. I didn’t know much about acupuncture or herbs… just that the course included Mandarin, the chance to study in China, and the promise of adventure. That was enough.

That leap led me all the way to the prestigious Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I trained in hospitals, explored a whole new culture, and fell completely in love with this ancient, powerful medicine. was there as always every step of the way, even up the Great Wall.

I only seem to have photos from nights out, temples, and all the beautiful places I visited — and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Amazing memories, incredible food, and lifelong friendships were made. And well, if you need a giggle, a very bad photo for my student card 😂

Two decades later, I still feel lucky every day that I followed my instinct into something I knew so little about — and found a career, a calling, and a community.

To my younger self: Thank you for saying yes. And to everyone who’s been part of the journey — thank you. ❤️

Infertility and loss can feel impossibly lonely. But you don’t have to walk that road alone. 🌿

This beautiful client found me in a moment of heartbreak, facing recurrent miscarriages while trying for her second baby. Together, we gently rebuilt her cycles, her resilience, and her hope.

She’s now writing these words with her baby boy asleep in her arms — and there is no greater honour than being part of that journey.

So many of my clients choose privacy, and I deeply respect that. Which is why it means so much when someone is willing to share their story — not for me, but to help others feel less alone, to spark hope where it’s been lost, and to remind you that healing is possible.

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭. Chinese herbal medicine doesn’t work like that.

Lots of women find themselves Googling or watching reels about Chinese herbs, hoping one plant might be the answer to their fertility struggles.
