In November last year, we had our Quality Monitoring Visit from the Commissioning Team at North Tyneside Council, and we are absolutely over the moon to share some of the amazing comments from our final report, which are truly a testament to our staff's hard work and dedication! 🙌

Three of our services were visited along with a day visit to our Head Office, and we are incredibly proud of everyone that was involved in the visits, as well as all of our staff members for making our services as amazing as they are! We scored incredibly well, and that is all thanks to the amazing teams that we have across our company✨

✨WE ARE LOOKING FOR FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS ✨

Are you kind, compassionate, eager to make a difference, and dedicated to helping other people? We are currently looking for Female Support Workers to join our team, and work within one of our Independent Living Services within the North Tyneside area.

📍We offer a range of services within North Tyneside, and we provide support for vulnerable adults with a range of complex needs, which include, but are not limited to: Epilepsy; Autism; Learning Disability; Mental Health; Challenging Behaviors; ADHD. We are currently recruiting for the NE27 and NE28 areas.

✅Free fully accredited training provided both in house and online
✅Starting rate is £13.30 per hour

We think you will all have noticed by now... but we have lots of snow! ❄

We hope that everyone is enjoying the beautiful white scenery, whether you have been building a Snowman, sledging, or enjoying some very brisk and wintery walks! As we are now a few days in, with more snow forecast along with the continuation of the freezing temperatures, please take care when out and about as the ice sets in. Wrap up warm, allow plenty of extra travel time, and take care.

New Year's Eve 2025! ✨

We hope that you all enjoyed the festive period, and that however you may be seeing 2026 in, that it is filled with joy and happiness. We are out of office today from 14:00, and we will be operating on our out of hours. We will return to normal working hours on Friday 2nd January 2026, so please remember to only use out of hours for emergencies only in order to keep this line as free as possible. We will deal with all other general enquiries on our return to the office.

Happy Christmas Eve🎅

We will be out of office from 1pm today, and we will return as normal on Monday 29th December. As always, our out of hours will be in operation, but please remember to only ring in case of an emergency so that this line can be kept as free as possible due to only being manned by one person. Any general enquiries will be dealt with upon our return to working hours.
