HOW I CAN HELP

John Taylor is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner with twenty-two years experience in coaching, leadership and mentoring. He works with professional and armature golfers of all abilities guiding them to become more focused, on and of the course. John also specialises in helping business owners reach their desired outcomes. John is a student of Dr Joseph Parent, author of Zen Golf, and keynote speaker.

Golf can be a relaxing stroll or a stressful competition, a golfer’s performance level will change, often dramatically, during a single round. “No matter how sophisticated their knowledge about the swing, if golfers don’t know how to work with their minds on the course, they are subject to mental obstacles such as performance anxiety, emotional reactions, and distractions.” Success or failure in stressful circumstances depends upon a golfer’s ability to cope mentally, making smart choices of shot selection and targets, and executing strokes to the best of his or her ability.
