Feeling a little chunky, so it’s time to focus back on fitness.

Massive well done to Sarah who recently lost 23 lbs following TRANSFORMin8.

In just 8 weeks Sarah lost a lot of weight, increased her strength and fitness and feels loads better for doing so.

And as a result of losing weight she is also smashing her running training and is getting faster and finding the runs easier due to the weight loss.

A stone off in just 3 weeks is incredible.

When you train hard and stick to a good progressive weight loss diet you will see incredible results fast just like Mark.

His results were that good a friend who he seen just a month ago couldn’t believe how much he had lost.

She has been very determined to reach her goal and totally deserves the brilliant results.

Emily is looking lean, fit, strong and athletic and is going to look amazing on her wedding day, after a few adjustments to the dress after losing so much weight.

Keep up the great work Emily, just a few more weeks to go. All your hard work will be worth it.
