A stone off in just 3 weeks is incredible.

When you train hard and stick to a good progressive weight loss diet you will see incredible results fast just like Mark.

She has been very determined to reach her goal and totally deserves the brilliant results.

Well done to Charlotte who has lost 14.5lbs since October and is now the lightest she has been in years.

She is looking great and feeling great and still has a while to go before her wedding. I’m excited to see the results in a few months time.

It hasn’t been straight forward for Charlotte with a few injuries and illnesses along the way but she has kept going. Kept eating well and kept training hard when she has been able to.

Loads of people use set backs such as injury and illness as an excuse for not seeing results. But not Charlotte. She is not letting anything stop her in her mission to look her very best on her wedding day.

Lack of sleep has been affecting my motivation to exercise.

If you love exercise like me, you don’t just stop enjoying it. There will be a reason why you have lost motivation.

Address that reason why and your motivation will quickly return.

CONSISTENCY

108 months in a row hitting the minimum recommended world health guidelines for cardiovascular physical activity.

That’s a minimum of 1300 MEPS (Myzone Effort Points) every month for 9 years.

If you want to be fit and healthy for life you have to train your whole life.

If you don’t use it you lose it.

If you train for 8 weeks then give up you will lose it.

If you train for 6 months then give up you will lose it.

If you train for a year then give up you will lose it.

If you train for 5 years then give up you will lose it.

If you train for 10 years then give up you will lose it.

The only way to be fit and strong your whole life is to train your whole life.

Consistency is key.
