We start our memory walk from 10 am 💠from Long Benton west farm care home Craig Healthcare to Cramlington. To raise awareness and 💰 for the care home itself
The care home provides tailored care and social, community resources and activities to promote wellbeing and encourage residents to engage, enjoy and feel part of a hone that prioritises top quality care. Proud to support this charity.
In June I lost my dear grandmother of dementia and we had a 4 to 5 years of round clock care and my mum Carmen Kelly was an angel ensuring we met all her needs.
