Therapy at Hand was established by Helen Gainford in March 2003. A variety of holistic & complimentary therapies available from sports/remedial massage to reflexology & hopi ear candling. I offer Eve Taylor facials and waxing. Therapy at Hand is based within Polished in Swalwell, across the road from Torq garage with plenty of parking behind Maguires fish & chip shop.
