Hello all 😊
Tought to introduce myself and why this page was created. I am mental health support worker and still studying...
I have certificates in many aspects of mental health including autism and adhd. I do know from personal reasons how difficult life can be and we have to fight sometimes on daily basis. I would like to offer any support, advice or even simple talk as I know many of us needs this. Please feel free to msg or post. I would like all of you to share my page and group so we can build higher audience. I am not doing this for money or I do not charge anything please beare it in mind.
