We asked MK to run us through how to check we are engaging our core:
"🤎 One hand on our lower abdominals, one hand on our lower rib cage
🤎 Deep inhale in through our nose
🤎 As we exhale through our mouth, we are going to draw our belly button to spine
🤎 The gap between our rib cage and lower abdominals is going to get smaller
In effect, it will be a nice little tuck of the pelvis, drawing that belly button to spine"
