Not all breathwork is the same.
A few years ago, I was practising a technique that I later realised was keeping me in a constant fight-or-flight state.
That’s why “breathwork” on its own isn’t enough—
different techniques do very different things.
Most people jump straight into active breathwork
and skip the foundation.
But if your day-to-day breathing is already stressed…
your nervous system doesn’t need more activation.
It needs the right support.
I always start clients with how they’re actually breathing first,
then layer in techniques to support stress, performance, and recovery.
