MVP Support staff and clients are incredibly saddened by the news regarding the passing of our fantastic colleague Tom. Tom was so much more then a colleague to us, he was a dear friend. Tom always went above and beyond for the clients and made such a massive positive impact on all of there life's. Tom enjoyed his role as a support worker and even though he could of so easily relaxed into retirement he carried on because he was selfless and enjoyed his role and continued to make a difference, he would always put others before himself and helped me personally when I started the business, he encouraged me to believe in my self and was someone I trusted to give me honest advice, he always had time to listen and I looked up to him a lot. Tom was so full of life and had a wicked sense of humour, we will all miss all of his stories and jokes. We are all so grateful for what he has done for us all over the years, he will always be in our thoughts. Sending love to all of his family and friends, Tom coltman a true gentlemen
