Classes on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Β£7.50 per class or Β£5 per class when you pay for a block of classes. Classes are welcoming, bring a yoga mat. There are spare mats for beginners however they are first come first served so come early if its your first class!

Also strengthens the diaphragm .... our breathing muscle is key.... a full inhale and slow exhale down. Surely the most important muscle?

Heart openers today ..... fantastic for the upper back and last week we built up to postures to strengthen and stretch the ribcage and back.

When our ribs are moving effectively and the intercostal muscles which enable the lungs to open fully this supports our breathing and cardiovascular capacity.

All classes include warm up, core and leg strength as well as improving tone and balance in mind & body.

Classes are run on Saturday mornings at 9.45am and Wednesday evenings at either 6pm or 7.30pm (this class is full). Classes are Β£7.50 per class or Β£5 per class when you pay for a block of classes. Classes are welcoming, bring a yoga mat. There are spare mats for beginners however they are first come first served so it’s advisable to come early if its your first class!
