New venue today!

Lovely day, giving a mixture of sport & relaxation massages, to some very deserving 'office workers'.

Office work can be highly stressful to both the body and the mind - make sure you look after both this winter 💙

It was wonderful to have such a beautiful space to work from, but not always necessary.

An off-the-cuff remark but it touched my heart.

This client has suffered pain for several years and after her 1st session, had her first full night's sleep in months. She had her 3rd session today and this sentence really hit me.
