You know that spot you can't quite reach? ... I can! (And more than likely that isn't where the problem is coming from anyway!!)

Pain in your shoulder may be coming from your chest.
Pain in your back may be coming from your feet.

Which is why, where ever possible, I recommend a full body massage (especially for new clients) to help identify the source of any discomfort rather than just easing the symptoms.

Its that time of year when horse owner work load steps up a gear. It's cold 🥶, dark🌙 , labour intensive💪 ...!

so remember to take care of your self too!

Sadly, there are rarely quick fix.

🥗Good nutrition,
🏃‍♀️regular, quality exrecise,
🧘🏼‍♀️posture work,
💆‍♀️and massage
.. can help both you avoid injuries in the first place.
..and when things go wrong, seek quilalified advice ... and be patient!
