The home provides permanent residential, dementia and nursing care as well as offering short-term respite care. Each spacious ensuite bedrooms can be personalised so you feel at home. Residents can enjoy many shared facilities including stylish lounges and a hair and beauty salon. The dedicated team believes in making each day special and treating residents with dignity and respect. All residents have personalised care plans that are continually updated to ensure their wishes are upheld and their care needs met. Family members are always welcome at the home, and the team maintains open lines of communication about residents' welfare.

🍂✨ Harvest Festival at Ponteland Manor ✨🍂

We’re excited to invite you to our Pay it Forward Harvest Festival Event on Wednesday 1st October, 2pm–4pm here at Ponteland Manor Nursing Home.

Join us for:
☕ Tea, coffee and refreshments
🍰 Homemade bakes
💌 Card stall – beautiful cards made by our residents

We’ll also be collecting food and household items to donate to Newcastle Foodbank, and all proceeds from the day will go to St Mary’s Parish.

It’s a lovely chance to come together, celebrate the season, and learn more about the services offered by Tynedale Hospice at Home and Age UK Northumberland.

✨ What a fabulous afternoon we’ve just had at our Awards Event! ✨

Each and every one of us is what makes our home so special. It was amazing to recognise everyone for their individuality and to come together to celebrate as one big family. 💛

A huge thank you to our brilliant Head Chef Gary for the amazing food he provided, and to Donna for supporting him throughout – the meal was outstanding. 👏

We’d also like to thank all of our team for making the afternoon run so smoothly, and a special thank you to our Home Manager Paula and to Wais for helping to run the event and hand out awards to our wonderful residents. 🌟

It was a truly joyful celebration of our home, our staff, and our amazing residents – we couldn’t be prouder. ❤️❤️
