As the temperatures rise:
☀️Wear daily Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 50 is recommended for your face, neck and décolletage as this is the delicate area we need to protect. Apply liberally and reapply throughout the day.
☀️Wear SPF 30 or above to protect the collagen in your skin, reduce dehydration and protect from UVA and UVB , Sun damaging rays.
☀️Remember those delicate ears, particularly the top of your ears, and the top of your nose and those with thinning hair add some protection or wear a hat.
☀️Drink plenty of non alcoholic fluid to replenish moisture loss from the temperature raise.
☀️Enjoy in season fresh summer fruits and salads, for a rainbow of nutrition.
