Today we're joining Skills for Care's national campaign - and we're using it to celebrate our incredible LIFE team. 💙

LIFE, which stands for Living Independently, for Everyone, has been part of Be Caring since 2010, supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs to build skills, grow in confidence, and live fulfilling, independent lives in the North East.

Our LIFE colleagues show up every single day, in people's homes, in the community, in their supported living services - and they do it with patience, dedication and skill. They learn how each person communicates. They celebrate the small wins as loudly as the big ones. They build the kind of trust that changes lives.

David, who we support through LIFE Outreach, put it better than we ever could:
"My social worker brought Be Caring in and that changed my life. I do loads for myself now, I'm independent. I've turned my life around. My Mam's happy."

💙 Easter Party at Allendale! 🐣🌷

What a wonderful weekend at Allendale! Our residents came together to celebrate Easter and had a wonderful time!

Today is World Autism Acceptance Day. 💛

At LIFE By Be Caring, we've been supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs across the North East since 2010. Every person we support is different - and every plan we create reflects that.

Our approach is built on Positive Behaviour Support. That means understanding, not restricting, and building trust, not managing behaviour. Creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves!

100% of the people we support agree they are supported to be independent.

Autism acceptance means listening to what people need - and then building the support around them, not the other way around.

We are proud to be LIFE by Be Caring.
