We’re living in a time where AI is becoming part of everyday life, often quietly and quickly.

For many people, the real question isn’t whether to use AI, but how to engage with it in ways that support wellbeing, clarity, and inner balance rather than adding to stress or overwhelm.

On 9–10 February, I’ll be contributing to the AI for Wellness & Spirituality Summit, a free online event bringing together practitioners and teachers exploring thoughtful, human-centred ways of working with AI.

The conversations focus on:
✨ staying grounded and present
✨ supporting calm and emotional regulation
✨ using technology as a support for reflection, not a replacement for inner wisdom
✨ navigating change with compassion and discernment

It’s gentle, practical, and very much aligned with the Mindful Therapies approach.

📅 9–10 February
💻 Online | Free to attend

If this feels like something that could support you, or someone you care about, you’re very welcome to join:

And if it resonates, please feel free to share. These are conversations many of us are quietly needing right now 💙

Our Story

Mindful Therapies is dedicated to offering a variety of mindfulness courses and events throughout Tyneside. Mindful Therapies is a not-for-profit organisation. We’re passionate about making the benefits of mindfulness accessible to all, regardless of how much money they have. This means that when you give a donation for a class or course, all profits go straight back into the community, supporting people who might not otherwise be able to access counselling or mindful training.

Founded by Rachel Jones-Wild in 2013,

We provide courses, regular drop-in classes, donation based counselling, mindfulness-based counselling and coaching to the general public.

We work with clients from public, private and the third sector. Our services include counselling, coaching, mindfulness training and employee wellbeing programmes.
