The Urban Oasis offers a holistic approach to treatments which relaxes clients, while working deeply into muscles aiming to release long established sources of tension and discomfort. To book a session can contact us through email, phone or Facebook message. We are based at Sue Clark Health & Fitness Centre which provides therapy rooms, changing and shower facilities for the treatments. Relaxation treatments include: Swedish massage is full body massage helps relieve muscular tension. 30 mins: £30 1 hour: £45

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage targeting trigger points. 30 mins: £30 1 hour: £45

Indian head massage beneficial in relieving stress, tension headaches. 30 mins: £28 45 mins: £35

Reflexology manly uses hands to apply gentle pressure to certain points on feet. 30 mins: £25 1 hour: £40
Hand reflexology works by applying gentle pressure to the hands and energy blockages can be released. 20mins: £15

Aromatherapy treatments have combination of massage and therapeutic qualities of the essential oils. 30 mins: £30 1 hour: £45
