Build strength and stability with Power. Focusing on powerful, intentional movement to challenge your body while maintaining control and awareness. Cultivating endurance through carefully sequenced postures, to deepen your practice, and improve strength. Ideal for those who want to build a stronger and more powerful practice in a thoughtful, grounded way. Power yoga doesn’t have to be fast, and the extra time in this session allows us to warm up and cool down effectively.
This session is designed to leave you feeling energised, level-headed, and ready for the weekend ahead.
This class is mixed-level & best suited to those with a regular practice, but variations will be given.
