Mobility isn’t just about moving it’s about control, balance, coordination and efficiency.
In this Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Deep Squat Test, we assessed how pelvic control and hip mobility directly affect the quality of movement.
Restricted mobility through the hips and lower spine can cause compensations in the knees, back or shoulders leading to instability, loss of balance, and increased injury risk.
After focused mobility and stability work, we saw a significant improvement in hip control and overall posture.
The squat movement became smoother, more aligned and efficient restoring natural movement patterns and optimising performance.
💪 At TD Performance, our goal is to help every athlete and person move better, recover faster and perform stronger from assessment to performance.
