This strengthens our initial design proposals, giving the products we design the best possible chance to make it to market with the original vision intact.

As an Industrial design consultancy, E3 Design have a passion for user driven design and believe our key offering is our ability to implement our technical knowledge early into the design process. We have an innovative and creative design team with a proven record of delivering products. Our designers have specialist skills in product/industrial design and development, with particular skills in design for plastic injection moulding and high volume manufacture. Additionally we have developed specialist design skills in plastic mechanisms and drinking fluid dispensing applications

Our team is currently 6 full-time design employees, not including admin staff, students or the financial director. While all our designers have their own particular skills and strengths, all are very capable throughout our process from concept generation through to DFM. E3design has a wealth of experience in Consumer Product, Structural Packaging, Medical, Lighting, Industrial, DFM and even Fashion, this variety of experience allows us to better inform all of our work while still maintaining fresh and creative ideas.

There's so many exciting things on the horizon in 2026 too including some big changes in the next few weeks 👀

Alongside that, some of us will be continuing our training for the Great North Run 26 and we're looking forward to lots of support for our chosen charities 🏃‍♂️

The 2025 batch raised 🌟£3,500🌟 for HospiceCare and Craster RNLI, with brilliant support from staff who bought jars again this year. A simple idea that keeps making a real difference!🎄🥳

At E3Design Ltd, we like to do things a little differently, even at Christmas!
Rather than sending out cards, we donated books and festive treat packs which included chocolates, candy canes, pens, snap bands and more for Santa to distribute to every child at Mountfield Primary School.

Supporting our local community is important to us and we’re delighted to have brought a little extra festive joy to the pupils. 🎄📚

From pigeons to target practice, origami cats and even a hand-crocheted gallbladder, this year’s gifts were full of surprises and creativity.

Today Hannah and Beth had the joy of attending the North East Expo at Newcastle Racecourse. It was great for them to talk to so many North East businesses and see what they had to offer.

They also attended the seminars:

Positive Ageing - Victoria Morley

It was beneficial for them to gain insight into different people's perspectives within such varied areas of business and interact with those who also attended the workshops
